If you have a Herpstat temperature probe that is reporting an error such as Shorted, Missing, or Invalid Temp and there is no visible physical damage to the probe we would like to trade a new replacement probe for your faulty one. This is a limited time offer which may end at our discretion at any time and is valid only for customers who's shipping address is in the U.S. Send in the faulty probe by creating an RMA number with the instructions below.
Once we receive your faulty probe we will ship out a replacement temperature probe to you.
We do not ship the replacement first.

Products to be returned to Spyder Robotics LLC must be returned with initial shipping and insurance prepaid by the purchaser. Spyder Robotics LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All products ship back USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
Process:
Add the Probe Exchange Program to your cart and continue with the checkout process. The webstore will have you log in if you have an existing account. If you do not have an account it will prompt you through the process of creating one. During the checkout process there is a section for comments. Insert a brief description of the problem there. After completing the checkout process you will receive an automated email with an order number which will be the RMA number. Ship the product using the United States Postal Service (your local post office) First Class Mail to:
