Warranty service only will be offered to all non-direct sales.
Defective products may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of their shipment. Non-defective products may be returned for refund within 21 days of their shipment and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any non-defective product which is not in new and sellable condition will be ineligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is NOT refundable. Dicontinued Products are not elligable for exchange or refund. Any product being returned for refund must be shipped using USPS (through your local post office).
If you return your product to Spyder Robotics LLC for warranty service proof of purchase may be required. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to any return. Spyder Robotics LLC is not responsible for material returned without the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping container. To request an RMA number click here.
During the checkout we offer OPTIONAL insurance which is typically a 3rd party company. The carrier may also be involved for a portion of the claim. Insurance claims must be processed according to the terms of the insurance companies. Spyder Robotics LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. If you do not select insurance during the checkout process and your order is lost during transit or damaged you will not be reimbursed. If the insurance company or the shipping company denies the claim you will not be reimbursed. Insurance often only protects the items during transit. Once the carrier has determined the package has been delivered there is no insurance coverage if the package is missing (for example porch theft).
All stated shipping times are estimated times only. There will be no refunds for delayed deliveries. If you order in December expect delays in shipping due to the holidays.
Shipping To Canada:
Deliveries to Canada will be charged a tax and or duty upon delivery. We are not responsible for this charge and to find out what that charge will be you will need to contact your local post office or UPS depending upon what delivery method you choose. In our experience the charges that will be collected upon delivery are significantly higher with UPS.
Orders over $700 USD or addresses that do not verify may require a signature at delivery.
